    Found you through Salon- nice post there.
    Some people manage to make enough money to live on from blogs- course, that’s the superstars like Dooce, but I’m curious as to whether you’ve tried ads. You’ve definitely got a niche.

    Thanks (and to Melissa) for drawing attention to this; it’s an interesting read. I bet in different cultures and at different times in US history you’d get very different perspectives on this issue (e.g. is someone who’s moved in with family, however extended and however temporarily in terms of their intentions, homeless?).
